VA students will be evaluated at the end of each month. If a student failed to meet standards (attend 80% of certified weekly clock hours for the month, or 75% average for academics) during that month, s/he will be given an Unsatisfactory Progress Report for that month and placed on probation for the following month. At the end of the month of probation, if the student continued to fail to meet standards (attend 80% of certified weekly clock hours for the month, or 75% for academic), s/he will be terminated.
Summary: 1 month in unsatisfactory status; 1 month on probation; then termination.
